If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to the marketing website only. Use of the Datamotive platform is governed by a separate Master Subscription Agreement or Order Form.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or account.

Ltd. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
